📦 7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Change of mind after order confirmation (unless approved)

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer:

  • ✔ Free exchange

  • ✔ Replacement of the product (subject to availability)

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa (as agreed)

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Serene Spaces will cover the return shipping cost.

For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
