- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- For certain orders, you may receive a confirmation call, SMS, or WhatsApp message before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times are:
Major Cities: 2–4 Working Days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 Working Days
Delivery times may vary during public holidays, promotional campaigns, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges apply nationwide.
- Free shipping may be available on selected products, special promotions, or qualifying orders (as announced).
- Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

📲 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched:
- You will receive your tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp (where applicable).
- You can track your parcel directly through the courier company's tracking system.
❗ Failed Delivery Attempts
Delivery may fail if:
- The customer is unavailable.
- The provided phone number is unreachable.
- The shipping address is incomplete or incorrect.
In such cases, the courier may attempt delivery again. Additional shipping charges may apply if re-delivery or re-shipment is required.
📦 Damaged Parcel Upon Delivery
If your parcel appears damaged upon arrival:
- Please take clear photos of the package before opening it.
- If possible, record an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product.
- Contact our support team immediately with your order number and photos/videos.
This allows us to investigate the issue quickly and provide an appropriate solution.
